Country ban – Module

Logged in as administrator of the website, click on the link in the left menu Country ban, under Settings chapter in order to manage the countries that can access your website:

Note: Streaming platform uses IP2Location database which provides the country/region of origin for any IP address

 

On Country ban page you can manage the countries that are allowed to access your website:

1. Here you can view the status of the country – banned or not

2. Here you can select the countries you want to ban or unban

3. Here you can view the ID of the country

4. Here you can view the name of the country

5. Here you can view the reason why a country was banned

6. Here you can view the date when the country was banned

7. Click here to see and edit the ban for the regions of that country

8. Click here to edit the ban settings for this country

9. Here is the pagination index and can select how many items you want to see displayed on the page

10. From this drop-down menu you can select to ban or unban the selected countries

 

 

When you click on Edit link in order to ban a country, the following pop-up window will appear:

1. Here you can view the name of the country that you want to ban

2. Check this radio button if you want to ban this country

3. Check this radio button if you want to unban (allow access) this country

4. Enter here the reason for banning a country – this will be saved only if you ban a country

5. Here you can view the date when the country was banned

6. Click here to save the ban status of this country

7. Click here to close the ban pop-up window

Note: when the administrator of the website bans a country, all users from that country will not be able to see any website content – the administrator blocks all materials on the site of all users from that country
